Common problems and what to do.

The app does not start, or nothing happens on Run

  • Update the NVIDIA driver to 580 or newer.
  • Open Preferences → Hardware → Detect hardware: it names what is missing.
  • Start the app from its own folder (LamaLake.exe), not from a shortcut to a copied file.

Not enough video memory

  • Close other programs that use the graphics card.
  • Use a shorter IN/OUT or a lower resolution (Cleanup), or a lighter GPU memory mode.
  • The error window offers a safer memory setting; press it and run again.

The mask jumps to another object

Add a negative point on the wrong object on the frame where it jumps, and track again. Or use a rectangle around the right one.

The Soft lets the background in

Choose All frames, paint Background marks and press Track fixes.

A flicker every few frames

That is a chunk join. Raise Overlap in Enhance Matte by one or two frames.

A project shows "could not be reached"

Its folder was moved or its network share is offline. Reconnect the share and press Retry, or open the project from its new place with Open Project….

Where the logs are

C:\Users\<you>\.lamalake\logs. The fastest way to support: Send log to Telegram in the error window.

Приложение не запускается или по Run ничего не происходит

  • Обновите драйвер NVIDIA до 580 или новее.
  • Откройте Preferences → Hardware → Detect hardware: там будет видно, чего не хватает.
  • Запускайте приложение из его папки (LamaLake.exe), а не через ярлык на скопированный файл.

Не хватает видеопамяти

  • Закройте другие программы, использующие видеокарту.
  • Возьмите короче IN/OUT или ниже разрешение (Cleanup), или режим памяти GPU полегче.
  • Окно ошибки предлагает более экономный режим памяти; нажмите его и запустите снова.

Маска перескакивает на другой объект

Поставьте отрицательную точку на чужой объект на кадре, где маска перескакивает, и затрекайте снова. Или обведите нужный объект рамкой.

Soft пропускает фон

Выберите All frames, нарисуйте пометки Background и нажмите Track fixes.

Мерцание каждые несколько кадров

Это стык кусков. Увеличьте Overlap в Enhance Matte на один-два кадра.

Проект пишет «could not be reached»

Его папку перенесли или сетевой диск недоступен. Подключите диск и нажмите Retry или откройте проект с нового места через Open Project….

Где логи

C:\Users\<вы>\.lamalake\logs. Самый быстрый путь в поддержку — Send log to Telegram в окне ошибки.
